What is your pregnancy rate for couples our age with our particular problem?

Can we discuss treatment options in your office instead of the exam room?

What are your hours and availability?

What are your weekend policies for inseminations? Is your office open weekends or will I have to go to the hospital? If I go to the hospital, who will I see?

Do you generally return phone calls the same day? Will you personally return a phone call the same day if requested?

Are you willing to help educate me (with articles & book suggestions)?

Are you comfortable with my making my own informed health decisions?

What do you think about BBT charting? What do you think about complementary medicine such as relaxation therapy?

What is the frequency and type of monitoring done during a medicated cycle?

What is your rate of multiples?

How many IUIs do you recommend before moving to IVF?
